Our Basic Plan - DIY

As you enter the 11 acre estate, a country club setting is your first impression. The Stone Villa and courtyard is surrounded by the landscape of manicured grass, 100 year old oak trees, tall pines and flower blossoms. The uniquely designed arch in the outdoor chapel captures your attention. Wisteria arches and a wooden pergola form the entrances to the chapel. As the sun sets and the moon begins it's rise over the Moonlight Outdoor Reception the ambiance of a romantic evening's dance can be imagined. These creations are the beginning of your dreams becoming beautiful memories.

We want to make planning your own wedding as simple as possible. I have visited most of the competition and reviewed their services. Unlike most other vendors we don't just hand you a key and let you feel stressed about the details. We meet with you and make sure that you have a plan that will insure success and guide you to a well coordinated wedding experience. After all, you likely don't have a lot of experience and pulling off your wedding should not be on the job training. We are here to help when you need help but let you alone when you don't need help. I can't imagine any wedding at Bella Vista being chaos and ultimately disappointing after you put in so much effort. We don't let you fail and learn from your mistakes. You will be able to make a personal payment plan, choose your own vendors, and use the facility for 12 hours. We can offer as many services as you wish as additional options. Our venue basic begins here:


* Frank Lloyd Wright influenced architecture of wood and stone is naturally gorgeous -- minimal décor needed

* Furniture included -- up to 140 wedding ceremony chairs, 12- 60” round tables and bistro tables and up to 20 - rectangular/accent tables

* Springs catering and beverage bar adjoining the Bella Sera Courtyard

* Two separate dressing rooms are the brides suite with vanities, sinks, private restrooms and climate control available 3 hours before ceremony

* Outdoor audio system provided (just plug in a device)


* 12 hours for your venue rental: 12pm to midnight

* Vendors: any you choose are welcome or do it yourself! (exception: catering and bar tending must be approved by venue management)

* Alcohol allowed

* 4 site visits by appointment and 3 hour planning meeting with wedding coordinator required two weeks prior to ceremony

* Complimentary furniture set-up before your event and breakdown of all furniture at the end of the night

* Rehearsal coordinator

* Excellent, caring staff to provide same-day responses via text or email
